Feedback system for two Packaging machines example
Varpe has designed a checkweigher with feedback system to control the efficiency of two packaging machines and reach the goal that the average weight becomes the same than the net weight.
The Feedback system offers an efficient correction of the two packaging machines from a unique line with its consequent saving in raw material and a quick return of investment by avoiding over dosage, product loss and rejected packages.
The Feedback system allows to make the necessary adjustments in both packaging machines to fulfil an adequate dosage level in each one of them.
It avoids unnecessary rejections and maintains the ideal weight of the product by providing the optimum saving conditions, quality in the final product and a rigorous compliment of the metrological regulations.
