VIT4 is a software designed to store, manage and analyse the data created by VARPE equipment during the production process, aiming to Industry 4.0.

VIT4 is based on IoT (Internet of Things), referring to a digital interconnection between daily objects and Internet. In manufacturing processes, IoT becomes IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) – also known as Industry 4.0.

IIoT uses machine to machine technology (M2M) to provide support to all kind of actions: from remote monitoring and telemetry to predictive maintenance.

You can select the connected Varpe equipment during the production process and manage the data for storage and analysis purposes.
Real-time data
Real-time information about equipment status and on-going production. It shows graphics for a quick visualization.
Consolidated production data
It stores the data that Varpe equipment have generated and shows them in a neat way, allowing posterior analysis thanks to report creation.
Future previsions
The system provides warnings about future events, such as next maintenance actions for a better organization of the production.

Quick corrective measures can be carried out thanks to the view of: average weight of on-going production, deviation of on-going production, RX counters and alarms
